TUNA BURGER



INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 2)

  • 2 can of tuna (in water)

  • 1 cutted onion

  • 2 eggs

  • 80 gr oats

  • mustard

  • optional: feta or fresh herbs


PREPARATION

  • add oats in a blender and blend

  • put the tuna in a big bowl and add all the ingredients

  • mix everything very well with a fork or with your hands

  • form small burger patties and add to a hot pan

  • Bake from both sides for around 4 to 5 minutes

Tuna Burger are a good snack as well as to have them ready in the fridge and add to your meals if you need a good source of protein and fat.

They fit well into different kind of bowls or with oven potatoes and guacamole.
