BREAKFAST COOKIES



INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 11)

  • 120g oat

  • 100g dried cranberries

  • 70g pumpkin seeds

  • 30g flax seeds

  • 125g penut butter

  • 60g maple syrup/honey

  • 2 large bananas

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp cinnamon


PREPARATION

  1. Pre Heat oven to 160° C.

  2. Combine the oats, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds and flax seeds

  3. In a separate bowl mix 125g peanut butter, 60g maple syrup and 2 mashed bananas

  4. Now mix the dry ingredients with the wet until you get a smooth consistency

  5. Form 11 balls and place them on a baking sheet. Press them flat

  6. Bake for 16-18 minutes. The edges should be slightly brown.

  7. Let cookies cool down for about 10 minutes before removing them from the baking sheet to avoid breaking.
