INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 11)
100g dried cranberries
70g pumpkin seeds
30g flax seeds
125g penut butter
60g maple syrup/honey
2 large bananas
pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Pre Heat oven to 160° C.
Combine the oats, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds and flax seeds
In a separate bowl mix 125g peanut butter, 60g maple syrup and 2 mashed bananas
Now mix the dry ingredients with the wet until you get a smooth consistency
Form 11 balls and place them on a baking sheet. Press them flat
Bake for 16-18 minutes. The edges should be slightly brown.
Let cookies cool down for about 10 minutes before removing them from the baking sheet to avoid breaking.
