  • 150ml milk (or any other fluid)

  • 150g low fat curd cheese (or yoghurt)

  • 60g oats

  • handful berries (frozen or fresh)

  • handful spinach

  • half a banana

  • 5g coconut flakes


  1. Prepare the smoothie by adding 150ml of your favorite milk - or any other fluid such as water, orange juice or coconut water - into a food processor/smoothie mixer

  2. Add in 150g low fat curd cheese (or optional yoghurt).

  3. Followed by 60g oats.

  4. After that it's the turn of the fruits: add in handful of berries. They can be frozen or fresh - whatever you have available, half a banana and a handful of spinach.

  5. Top with 5g coconut flakes and mix in the food processor until well combined.

  6. Depending on how 'fluid' you like your Shake you can add in another 100-150ml of water.

  7. If you want to increase the protein intake, add in 15g of flavorless protein powder
