PROTEIN WAFFLES

The recipe is similar to the protein pancakes but with some slight adjustments. Works super well as a breakfast or snack option.


INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 1)

  • 60g oats

  • 30g protein powder

  • 2 eggs

  • 125 ml milk

  • cinnamon


PREPARATION

  • Add oats into a food processor and make oatmeal

  • Mix it with protein powder and cinnamon

  • Add eggs and milk to the dry mass and mix everything until you get a smooth dough

  • Fry in a waffle maker (or pan)
