PROTEIN SEMOLINA PUDDING

The protein pudding is a gerat snack or a healthy dessert option.


INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 2)

  • 50 gr wholegrain semolina

  • 500 ml (oat)milk

  • 30 gr vanilla whey protein

  • pinch of salt

  • cinnamon

  • topping: fresh berries, chocolate or roasted nuts


PREPARATION

  1. Carefully boil milk in a pot

  2. add a pinch of salt

  3. slowly pour in semolina and bring to boil stirring continuously and simmer for 5 more minutes until creamy

  4. add protein powder and cinnamon

  5. select your favorite topping
