  • 50g oats

  • 1/2 apple (shredded)

  • 5g linseeds

  • 100g banana

  • 1 egg

  • pinch of cinnamon

  • sip of milk

  • 10g coconut oil

  • 70g low fat curd cheese

  • 10g vanilla protein powder


  1. First we prepare the oat flour by adding 50g regular oats and 5g linseeds into a food processor. Mix until you get a floury consistency.

  2. Add in a pinch of cinnamon and put the flour aside.

  3. In a separate bowl shred half an apple. Add a banana and mash it with a fork.

  4. Add in an egg and a sip of milk and mix well.

  5. Now combine the dry mixture with the liquid one and stir well until you get a smooth dough.

  6. Pre heat 10g coconut oil in a pan. With the help of a spoon place 5 small pancakes in the pan. Fry the pancakes on one side for 3 to 4 minutes before you turn them over.

  7. In the meantime prepare the vanilla protein creme by adding 70g Low-fat curd cheese in a bowl. Add in a sip of water as well as 10g vanilla protein powder. Mix well.

  8. Once the pancakes are done, stack them on a plate and add the vanilla protein creme on the side or on top.

  9. If needed keep the rest of the pancakes in the fridge - they are also a great post workout snack option.
