PROTEIN PANCAKES

This is a high protein breakfast or also works well as a snack.


INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 1)

  • 40g oats

  • 20 gr protein powder

  • 1 egg

  • 1 banana

  • 20 gr chocolate drops

  • sip of milk

  • 5g coconut oil


PREPARATION

  • Add oats into a food processor to create oatmeal

  • Mix the oatmeal with protein powder and chocolate drops

  • Mash the banana

  • Add the banana, egg and milk to the dry mass

  • Fry in a hot pan with coconut oil
