PROTEIN BARS

Homemade Protein bars contain less sugar and additives then bought ones. You only need to invest 15 minutes for them.


INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 10 BARS)

  • 200g oats

  • 20g linseeds

  • 50g Protein Powder

  • 40g sunflower seeds

  • 40g sesame

  • 2 eggs

  • little bit of milk

  • Optional: choco drops, dried fruits or nuts


PREPARATION

  • mix all dry ingredients

  • add milk and eggs to it and mix everything

  • put it on a tray and press flat

  • bake for around 20 minutes at 180°

NOTES

You could easily replace the seeds/sesame with other nuts or add dried fruits - just make sure you chop the well

the better you press the protein bars, the better they hold together
