Homemade Protein bars contain less sugar and additives then bought ones. You only need to invest 15 minutes for them.
INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 10 BARS)
200g oats
20g linseeds
50g Protein Powder
40g sunflower seeds
40g sesame
2 eggs
little bit of milk
Optional: choco drops, dried fruits or nuts
PREPARATION
mix all dry ingredients
add milk and eggs to it and mix everything
put it on a tray and press flat
bake for around 20 minutes at 180°

NOTES
You could easily replace the seeds/sesame with other nuts or add dried fruits - just make sure you chop the well
the better you press the protein bars, the better they hold together
