PEANUT BUTTER SHAKE

This shake is a great post workout option or works well as a regular breakfast.


INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 1)

  • 60g oats

  • 15g protein powder

  • 5g chiaseeds/ linseed

  • 1 banana

  • 300 ml milk (or water)

  • 15g nut butter


PREPARATION

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor

  2. enjoy

NOTES

This is a super fast meal that is made in less than 5 minutes

The shake can be easily increased in calories by adding more oats and more milk
