All you need is a big pot & 15 Minutes :)
INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 2)
2-3 spring onions
Cut spring onions, mushrooms and tomatoes
Wash the chicken and cut it in pieces
Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken and fry for 2 minutes form both sides
Add the mushrooms and onions
Add 200g spaghetti and extinguish with 500ml broth
Let it simmer for 10-12 minutes
add the tomatoes, salt and pepper
Add it to a plate and top with 10g parmesan cheese.

As a vegetarian option you could add chickpeas instead of the chicken.
