ONE POT PASTA

All you need is a big pot & 15 Minutes :)


INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 2)

  • 2-3 spring onions

  • 200g mushrooms

  • 4-5 tomatoes

  • 200g spaghetti

  • 200g chicken

  • 500ml broth

  • Parmesan


PREPARATION

  • Cut spring onions, mushrooms and tomatoes

  • Wash the chicken and cut it in pieces

  • Heat oil in a pan, add the chicken and fry for 2 minutes form both sides

  • Add the mushrooms and onions

  • Add 200g spaghetti and extinguish with 500ml broth

  • Let it simmer for 10-12 minutes

  • add the tomatoes, salt and pepper

  • Add it to a plate and top with 10g parmesan cheese.

NOTES

As a vegetarian option you could add chickpeas instead of the chicken.
