MINCED MEET BOWL

One of the easiest forms of meal prep bowls.


INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 2)

  • 200g minced beef

  • 2 eggs

  • 80 gr frozen peas

  • 2 handful mushrooms

  • onion

  • one garlic clove

  • 120 gr rice

  • spices: salt, pepper, chili flakes


PREPARATION

  • put the onions and garlic in the pan

  • Add minced meat and fry for 4-5 minutes until it is done

  • Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes

  • Cook the rice parallel and then add it to the pan

  • Remove everything from the pan

  • Put some oil in the pan and fry the mushrooms

  • Then add the minced rice mixture again and add the peas previously washed in hot water

  • Mix everything well. Fry 2 eggs

  • Put everything in a bowl and add the fried egg on top
