GRANOLA

Homemade granola has way less sugar and additives than the ones you buy in the supermarket. Store it in a big jar and use the flavors you like.


INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 1 TRAY)

  • 150 gr oats

  • 50 gr nut mix of choice

  • 50 gr seed mix of choice

  • 25 gr flexseeds

  • 50 gr coconut oil

  • 30-50 gr honey/maple syrup

  • cinamon

  • pinch of salt


PREPARATION

  1. mix all dry ingredients

  2. pre heat the coconut oil and honey in a pot

  3. mix it together with the dry ingredients

  4. put on a tray and bake for 20 min @ 180°

NOTES

The granola is easy adaptable to your taste - you can add dried fruits, chocolate drops or coconut flakes for example
