A classic & simple dish.


  • 130g rice

  • hand full tomatoes

  • 1 onion

  • 1 garlic cloves

  • 1-2 chilis

  • 2 hand full spinach

  • some spring onions

  • 4 eggs

  • Optional: hummus and bacon


  • Prepare the rice

  • fry garlic and onions in a pan and add chili and chopped veggies

  • stir for a few minutes before you add the eggs

  • let it all stir until the eggs are set - then you add the rice

  • mix around, spice with salt & pepper and put it on a plate

  • add cutted spring onions on top

  • if you like you can add hummus and bacon
