A classic & simple dish.
INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 2)
130g rice
hand full tomatoes
1 onion
1 garlic cloves
1-2 chilis
2 hand full spinach
some spring onions
4 eggs
Optional: hummus and bacon
PREPARATION
Prepare the rice
fry garlic and onions in a pan and add chili and chopped veggies
stir for a few minutes before you add the eggs
let it all stir until the eggs are set - then you add the rice
mix around, spice with salt & pepper and put it on a plate
add cutted spring onions on top
if you like you can add hummus and bacon
