Sweet - but sugar free. The date brownies are a great snack or dessert option if you grave something sweet.
INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 12 BROWNIES)
15g coconut oil
60g nut butter
Optional: 30g nuts & 30g chocolate chips
Pre heat oven to 180°.
Add 200g dates into a food processor and blend it.
Add 30 ml hot water and blend again
Add 15g cocoa, 60g nut butter and 15g coconut oil to it and blend again
Fold in 30g chocolate chips and 30g chopped nuts and
Add the dough into a loaf pan with baking sheet.
Bake for around 15-20 minutes.
Let it cool down at least 15-20 minutes before you cut the brownies into pieces.
