DATE BROWNIES

Sweet - but sugar free. The date brownies are a great snack or dessert option if you grave something sweet.


INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 12 BROWNIES)

  • 200g dates

  • 15g cocoa

  • 15g coconut oil

  • 60g nut butter

  • Optional: 30g nuts & 30g chocolate chips


PREPARATION

  • Pre heat oven to 180°.

  • Add 200g dates into a food processor and blend it.

  • Add 30 ml hot water and blend again

  • Add 15g cocoa, 60g nut butter and 15g coconut oil to it and blend again

  • Fold in 30g chocolate chips and 30g chopped nuts and

  • Add the dough into a loaf pan with baking sheet.

  • Bake for around 15-20 minutes.

  • Let it cool down at least 15-20 minutes before you cut the brownies into pieces.
