60g bulgur
40 g chickpeas
1 cucumber
handful tomatoes
spring onion
40g feta cheese
fresh mint
Dressing: lemonjuice, 10g olive oil, salt, pepper
PREPARATION
cook bulgur as usual
wash chickpeas, tomatoes und cucumber
cut cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions and feta
add them all into a big bowl and add the dressing on top
