BASIC RECIPE PANCAKE

Those pancakes are one of my favorite childhood recipes. Add the pancakes with whatever you like - tuna creme is one of my favorites.


INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 1 / 3-4 PANCAKES)

  • 70g flour

  • 70 ml milk

  • 40 ml water

  • 1 eg

topping of your choice:

  • tuna creme with ruccola & Cherry tomatoes q(canned tuna, curd, salt, pepper)

  • avocado and salmon

  • ham and cheese

  • curd with fruits or marmalade


PREPARATION

  • scramble milk, water and egg

  • add flour and mix

  • with a big spoon add one third of the dough into a hot pan

  • Bake for a few minutes on one side before you turn it over

  • go with any topping you like

  • for the tuna creme: mix half of a can of tuna with creme cheese or quark and spice it up.

NOTES

Instead of regular flour you can go for wholegrain flour.
