APPE COTTAGE CHEESE

Simple, fast and loaded with protein and micronutrients.


INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 1)

  • 200 gr cottage cheese

  • 50g oats

  • 30g apple pulp

  • 1/2 apple

  • 1 EL raisins/cranberries

  • 1/2 handful nuts

  • cinnamon


PREPARATION

  1. wash and chop the apple

  2. Mix together chopped apple with oats, cottage cheese and apple pulp

  3. top with raisins and nuts

  4. add cinnamon on top

NOTES

This is a perfect snack that is made in less than 5 minutes

In case you don't have apple pulp you could also grate half an apple instead

make sure to use apple pulp - not apple sauce - as apple pulp not contains any added sugar
