INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 12-14 PIECES)
600g flour
60g sugar,
10g vanilla sugar
325ml milk
0,5 cube yeast
70g butter (you could also replace this with coconut oil)
50g coconut oil
100g honey
2 tsp cinnamon
PREPARATION
Add 600g flour into a bowl. Mix with 60g sugar and 10g vanilla sugar.
Heat 325ml milk & 70g butter in a pot.

Let the dough raise for 45 minutes.
For the filling mix 50g liquid coconut oil, 100g honey and 2 tsp cinnamon.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface (40x30cm). Spread the butter-sugar mass equally on the dough and roll it.
