Conditions of Participation in Instagram Give aways

The Box Programming (Neuenburger Straße 17, 10961 Berlin, Germany), hereinafter referred to as The Box, will host a giveaway in the period from 11.12.2020 to 13.12.2020. By participating in the competition, the user agrees to the following conditions of participation and content responsibility.

 

1- What can you win?

With the participation you have the possibility to win a 50€ gift card for our onlineshop www.theboxprogramming.com/shop.

 

2- How to win?

Participation in the competition is via the @theboxprogramming. The prizes will be randomly drawn among all participants. You can only participate by following the Instagram page of @theboxprogramming and @thebox_supplies, commenting on the giveaway post. Postal deliveries will not be taken into account in the raffle.

 

3- Over what period of time does the action take place?

The action starts on 11.12.2020 at 20:00 o’clock and ends on 13.12.2020 at 23:59’ MESZ o’clock.

 

4- Who can participate?

Participation is free and any natural person is allowed. For underage participants, The Box requires the consent of a parent or guardian. Participation requires the truthful specification of the data relevant to participation. Competition clubs and automated competition services are not eligible to participate.

 

5- Who will be excluded from participation?

The Box is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are legitimate reasons, such as violation of these conditions of participation, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Employees of The Box and the participating companies as well as their relatives may not participate in this competition. Legal proceedings are excluded.

 

6- How is the winner determined?

The winners will be determined among all participants in an independent raffle.

 

7- How to know if you have won?

The winner will be notified by posting the winner’s Instagram username via a story on @thebox_supplies. If necessary, the winner will also be notified of the prize via a private message. The winner will then send The Box his full name and address as a private message via the corresponding function on the The Box Instagram page.

 

8- How to receive your prize?

With the notification of the prize, the winner is requested to provide The Box with the contact details specified for sending or handing over the prize. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the contact data provided.

 

9- What happens if you don’t respond after receiving a winning notification?

If a winner does not report to The Box e within 2 days of being notified of a prize, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn at random from among the participants entitled to a prize. The same shall apply in the event that a winner provides The Box with incorrect contact data and it is therefore not possible to send or hand over the prize.

 

10- Reservation clause

The Box reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, The Box only makes use of this option if, for reasons of force majeure, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, proper performance of the game cannot be guaranteed. The Box is not liable for losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. In justified cases the prize may be replaced by equivalent prizes.

 

11- Privacy Policy

Your security and your satisfaction are the focus of our attention. The Box stores and uses the collected data exclusively for the execution of the competition. All data will be deleted after the competition has ended. The participant must transmit the following data to us:

12- Miscellaneous

Cash payment of prizes is not possible. Prize rights cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal action is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. It shall be replaced by an appropriate provision which corresponds as closely as possible to the purpose of the invalid provision. The Box reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.

 

13- Exemption from Instagram

This competition is organized by The Box  – Neuenburger Straße 17, 10961 Berlin, Germany (Organizer). It has no connection to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram. Information is transmitted to The Box, not to Instagram.
