How long do the sessions take?
The weightlifting sessions are roughly 40min including a warm up and a short stretching routine.
What equipment do I need to follow the TDG Oly Guide?
Ideally you have access to a barbell and plates - if you never touched a barbell before, we would recommend to start out with just a broomstick or PVC pipe.
