Hummus is a great dip - rich in protein & fits to a lot of different recipes.


  • 400g chickpeas (canned)

  • 2 clove garlic

  • juice of one lemon

  • 40g tahini

  • 60ml olive oil

  • salt and pepper

  • 5g cumin


  • grab a food processor

  • at the chickpeas into it

  • add garlic, olive oil and lemon juice into it

  • Then add tahini as well as the spices

  • mix until you get a smooth mass


  • that is a big portion - you can add the hummus in a box and keep in the fridge for a few days
