Baked oatmeal is a great recipe if you need a healthy breakfast on the go.
INGREDIENTS (PORTION FOR 6)
1 egg or 10 gr flaxseeds
400 ml (oat)milk
50g protein powder
5g baking powder
opt.: sweetener eg. honey, marple sirup or mashed banana
mix all dry ingredients
roast chopped nuts in a pan
add the milk to the dry mass
mix the berries and nuts to it and give it in a casserole
pre heat your oven to 180°
let it bake for 30 minutes

You can add some topping like caramelized bananas.
