Baked oatmeal is a great recipe if you need a healthy breakfast on the go.


  • 200g oats

  • 1 egg or 10 gr flaxseeds

  • 400 ml (oat)milk

  • 60g nuts

  • 50g protein powder

  • 5g baking powder

  • handfull berries

  • opt.: sweetener eg. honey, marple sirup or mashed banana


  • mix all dry ingredients

  • roast chopped nuts in a pan

  • add the milk to the dry mass

  • mix the berries and nuts to it and give it in a casserole

  • pre heat your oven to 180°

  • let it bake for 30 minutes

Easy to prepare for a snack or a fast breakfast.

You can add some topping like caramelized bananas.

Adjust ingredients with things you have at home eg. exchange nuts with shredded coconut or add an apple instead of banana.
